Historic Springs Bottling Company
Dandridge, Tennessee, nestled near the Smoky Mountains, is home to the Historic Springs Bottling Company. The town is one of the oldest in Tennessee dating back to the 1700’s and folk lore has it that early pioneers Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone were known to stop at Historic Springs for a drink of water. The bottling company prides itself on bottling the water at the site, but there was a problem recently when they needed more boxes from Southeastern Paper Group Inc. in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Piedmont Delivery Service came to the rescue with 10 empty boxes just in time for the last load.
