Customer Service at Its Best

Excellent customer service is defined as a service that treats customers with a friendly attitude and tries to resolve their problem as efficiently as possible. For all of us at Piedmont Delivery Service it means we also call our customers to let them know their delivery ETA. It sounds so simple, but for many delivery services it’s apparently not the norm. That’s what Phillip Watkins with Motion Industries, Inc. in Braselton, Georgia recently told us. Watkins said we were the only courier service that notified its customers of the pick-up and delivery. We wouldn’t think of operating our business any other way. We call it the Piedmont Difference!
