Just One Cookie

How can anyone just sample one freshly baked chocolate chip cookie? It’s a tough proposition and one that tempted CraftMark Bakery in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a wholesale bakery that began a little over 10 years ago, their evolution of frozen cookie dough evolved into satisfying customers’ needs for frozen, pre-baked, and now individually wrapped cookies, along with many other freshly baked items. To date they boast 8 production lines, 6 product platforms, and more than 345 thousand square feet of manufacturing space. So when a motor went down, Clayton Barnes knew who to call. Piedmont Delivery Service arrived with the much-needed motor on board and pulled up to the plant at 7:00 p.m. Keeping our sweet tooth in check, the cookies are now ready to sample. We call it The Piedmont Difference!
