Make It Count
Just outside of Huntsville, Alabama, you will find the Jack Daniels Cooperage. It’s actually in Trinity, Alabama. So what is a cooperage you might ask? It's a facility where casks or barrels are made, the same barrels where that famous whiskey is stored. It’s one of two cooperages owned and operated by the Brown-Forman Corporation, the owner of the Jack Daniels brand and distillery. The Jack Daniels Cooperage in Trinity exclusively supports the Jack Daniels Distillery in Tennessee. It’s designed to produce 1200 barrels a day for a total of 285,000 barrels each year. When Johnny Gist reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service, needing the delivery of a motor, we were on our way to arriving at the cooperage at 11:02pm. All in a day’s work and as the Jack Daniels slogan reminds us, we were sure to “Make It Count”.
