Motoring to Virginia

Georgia Pacific started as a small sawmill company in the late 1920’s and since then has expanded to consumer products you probably use on a daily basis, think toilet paper and paper towels. With roots in Augusta, Georgia, the company has expanded over the years and, with 21 manufacturing locations, is considered one of the largest wood product manufacturers in North America. One of their plywood plants is in Emporia, Virginia. That’s where Pat Clark needed a large box of motors and reached out to Piedmont Delivery Service. Our driver pulled up to the plant at  10:49 p.m. with the motors, keeping our promise of same-day delivery. We call it The Piedmont Difference.
